At BingLTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
